Frequently Asked Questions
At the Ardie Fay Foundation, we know that families and caregivers often have questions about who we serve, how we help, and how to get involved. Caring for seniors can feel overwhelming at times, and it is normal to look for guidance and support. This page is here to offer answers, comfort, and clarity as you explore our mission and programs.
We believe every senior deserves to feel loved, supported, and valued. If you or someone you know could benefit from connection, prayer, or companionship, we are here to help.
What does the Ardie Fay Foundation do?
We provide companionship, encouragement, and support to seniors, caregivers, and families. Our volunteers visit seniors, offer prayer and emotional support, and help build connections so no one feels forgotten or alone. We also come alongside family caregivers who need strength, encouragement, and resources.
Who do you serve?
We serve seniors in our community, especially those who may feel isolated or need a little extra support. We also support their loved ones, as well as caregivers who give so much of themselves every day.
Do you only help seniors with memory issues or dementia?
No. While our foundation was inspired by a personal journey with dementia care, we support all seniors who need companionship, encouragement, and connection.
How much does it cost to receive help?
There is no cost. Our mission is based on love, faith, and service. We believe in giving freely, just as Christ calls us to do.
Do volunteers need special training?
No special training is required. We simply ask that volunteers bring kindness, patience, and a heart for service. We do provide basic guidance and support so volunteers feel confident and prepared.
How can I help or get involved?
There are many ways to help. You can volunteer, donate, pray for our mission, or simply share our story with others. Every act of support makes a difference.
Is the foundation faith-based?
Yes. Our work is rooted in faith, guided by prayer, and inspired by God’s call to love and serve one another. We welcome volunteers and families from all backgrounds who share a heart for compassion.
